Relief Drawings - Imprinting on to clay

Here are some relief drawings I intend to imprint on to paper clay, being the first layer of a drawing on the surface. Cutting the surface of the paper in different ways, ie. using a scalpel or an awl for example, can give very different marks which can be embossed into the surface of the clay. You can then draw over the top of this using a variety of impliments.
